This wonderful event will feature a screening of Rob Wood's docuemtnary film The Zone, a pre-recorded Q+A video with Rob Wood and the film's producer Grace Gorman, a book signing with Rob and copies of his book the Zone for sale, a concession and more!
Doors open at 5pm, film begins at 6pm! Intermission after the film to be followed by Q+A video, book signing + reading, concession.

'The Zone' follows Rob Wood from his home on Maurelle Island to Mount Van Der Est; the mountain he never thought he would climb again. Along with some of Canada’s amazing mountaineers, Rob shares his journey with us as he attempts to pull off one last climb while dealing with Parkinson’s Disease. This documentary style film will capture raw, genuine conversation between climbers, mountaineers, and lovers of the outdoors - of the battles that have been had, the respect that has been demanded, and the unconditional love for all.
